I totally doubted Elizabeth Banks as Effie for the longest time. But the minute I saw this gif/ the pictures of her escorting the District 12 team out of that elavator, I knew that they made the PERFECT choice. I am in love with what I’ve seen from Elizabeth/Effie thus far (even though it’s only these images), and I’m beyond excited to see what else she brings to the film.
